Abstract:
Referring to the previous research results, this paper constructs the enterprise innovation value chain and the enterprise innovation behavior structure by using the internal and external influencing factors in each stage of enterprise innovation. On this basis, with the help of the survey data of EU enterprise innovation barometer in 2016, this paper uses ordered probit regression to study the relationship between each factor and enterprise innovation performance. The research shows that innovative human resources, R&D investment and design investment in the stage of knowledge production have a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises. At the same time, organizational innovation and brand factors play an important role in promoting the enterprise innovation performance.
