Abstract:
Based on the differences in regional financial structure, this paper studies the issues of area asymmetry of monetary policy. Firstly, through the analysis of simple descriptive statistic method, it analyzes the regional financial structure in our country, and concludes that there are significant regional differences in financial structure in China. Then, it applies the panel data model to analyze the regional financial structure and the regional differences of monetary policy relevance. The results show that the regional financial structure has a significant impact on monetary policy, but the influence degree is not the same. Finally, it provides relevant policy suggestions for the effective implementation of monetary policy in our country and regional economic development.
