三七花提取物对小鼠NK细胞活性的增强作用

The Enhancement Effect of Notoginseng Flower Extract on the Activity of Natural Killer Cell in Mice

  • 摘要: 为研究三七花提取物的免疫调节功能, 开发三七花类功能食品, 以求更好地利用三七花资源, 本文采用水提冻干法获得三七花提取物, 并通过乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)测定法研究其对小鼠NK细胞活性的影响, 进而研究三七花提取物的免疫调节功能。结果显示:三七花提取物中可溶性多糖含量为75.48%, 总皂苷含量为5.35%;提取物在62.5~1 000 μg/mL质量浓度范围内能提高小鼠NK细胞活性, 在质量浓度高于250 μg/mL时, 其增强作用更加显著。研究表明三七花提取物具有潜在的免疫调节功能, 可广泛用于功能性食品的开发。

     

    Abstract: In order to make better use and implement more applications in functional foods of notoginseng flower. We researched the immune regulating function in this paper.Notoginseng flower extract was prepared by water extract method and freeze drying.The effection on the NK cell activity in mice was researched by Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) method. Then we can realize the immunomodulation function of notoginseng flower. The result indicates that the extract contain 75.48% soluble polysaccharide and 5.35% total saponins. The extract could significantly enhance the activity of NK cells in mice within the limits of consistency 62.5~1 000 μg/mL. As soon as the concentration is above 250 μg/mL, the promotive effect would be more significant. The results show that notoginseng flower extract has potential immunomodulatory function, and could be widely used to develop functional food.
