Abstract:
4-isopropyl benzoic acid and 4-methylplperidine was taken as raw materials and a new compound
N-(4-isopropylphenyl)-4-methyl piperidine with antifungal activity was synthesized by acyl chloride aminolysis. The compound structure was characterized by means of
1H NMR and
13C NMR. Meanwhile, its water-soluble liquid was prepared and its antifungal activity was evaluated against
Rhizoctorzia solani,
Fusarium graminearum,
Helminthosporium maydis,
Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,
Botrytis cinerea,
Phytopthora infestans,
Colletotrichum lagenarium,
Coniella diplodiella,
Penicilium digitatum Sacc and
Physalospora Piricola. Results showthat its performance is stable and it has good antifungal activity.
