车门内饰板本体注射模具浇注系统的优化设计

Optimal Design of Runner System for Door Inside-decoration Panel Injection Mould

  • 摘要: 利用moldflow软件模拟注射成型车门内饰板本体的熔体充模过程, 通过对注射时间、注射压力、成型锁模力、熔接痕强度、塑件变形和材料利用率等指标的综合对比分析, 优化了注射模具的浇注系统设计方案。实践表明, 按优化方案注射成型内饰板本体, 其熔体充模状况与充模结果同Moldflow的分析预测吻合, 塑件的成型质量满足技术要求。

     

    Abstract: Based on Moldflow, the melt fill mold processes of injection molding a door inside-decoration panel were simulated in this paper.By comprehensive analysis and comparison among some targets, such as fill time, injection pressure, clamp force, weldline strength, warpage and material utilization ratio etc., a design scheme of the runner system used in injection molding was optimized.The actual production showed that while injection molding the panel by making use of the running system designed optimally, the melt fill mold process and result corresponded with that of Moldflow analysis and prediction, and the panel quality met molding technical requirements.
