应急物资调运模型研究

Study on Scheduling Model for Emergency Resources

  • 摘要: 针对应急物资调运兼顾调运成本与调运时间的要求, 以运力充足为前提条件, 建立了基于调运时间最短和运输成本最低的应急物资调运模型。运力充足条件下, 应急车辆进行一次运输, 运输任务的最终完成时间等于物资供应点与需求点之间的最长运输时间, 在某一特定任务完成时间下可运用典型运输问题模型的求解算法求出对应的最低成本, 通过分析比较不同运输任务完成时间下的运输成本选择出模型的最优解, 最后以一个实例验证了模型与算法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Inview of transportation cost and time, this paper presents a scheduling model for emergency resources with the shortest transportation time and the lowest transportation cost as its goal With adequate transportation capacity, the emergency vehicles transport in one go, so the time of accomplishing the transportation task is equal to the longest time taken to transport between the supply point and the dem and point of emergency resources At certain time of the transportation task, the algorithm for the typical transportation problem can be used to get the lowest transportation cost, Finally, by camparing the costs at deferent time of accomplishing the transportation task, the optimal solution can be obtained. Both the model and the algorithm prove to be feasible in case study.
