一种兼容RKE接收功能的新型TPMS设计

Design of a New TPMS Compatible with RKE Receiving Function

  • 摘要: 从共性设计角度出发,通过分析胎压检测系统和遥控无钥匙进入系统(RKE)的射频链路,提出一种兼容汽车遥控无钥匙进入系统接收功能的新型直接式无线胎压监测系统(TPMS)设计方案。该方案采用双模无线收发器MAX7032,根据汽车不同的工况,分时接收轮胎传感器模块发出的FSK制式无线信号和遥控钥匙发出的ASK制式无线信号,解码输出的胎压检测数据经单片机校验后通过CAN总线送至汽车组合仪表进行显示,解码输出的按键控制指令经单片机校验后通过CAN总线送至车身控制器完成车门车窗的驱动控制。测试结果表明,双模无线收发器在曼彻斯特编码速率为3 kbps时,ASK调制模式接收灵敏度为-108 dBm,FSK调制模式接收灵敏度为-102 dBm,达到了设计要求。

     

    Abstract: This paper gives a detailed analysis of the RF link of the tire pressure detection system and the remote keyless entry system from the perspective of common design.A new TPMS design that is compatible with the remote control keyless entry system of the car is proposed.The scheme adopts the dual-mode wireless transceiver MAX7032.According to the different working conditions of the vehicle, the FSK wireless signal sent by the tire sensor module and the ASK wireless signal sent by the remote control key are received in time.The tire pressure detection data is verified by the microcomputer, and sent to the automobile combination meter through the CAN bus for display.The button control command of the decoding output is sent to the vehicle body controller through the CAN bus to complete the driving control of the door and windows.The test results show that the dual-mode wireless transceiver has a receiving sensitivity of -108 dBm in ASK modulation mode and -102 dBm in FSK modulation mode when the Manchester encoding rate is 3 kbps, which meets the design requirements.
