Abstract: In order to improve the predictive precision for road traffic accident, a nonlinear combination forecasting of road traffic accident was presented according to the characters of road security system based on LS-SVM.From the practical employment, the result obtained indicates that the combination forecasting approach proposed in this paper is not only more effective than the single forecasting model but also achieves better effect compared with the existing combination forecast model, it is proved to be applicable for the forecasting of road traffic accident.
