Highly-oriented Wires in Ca-Co-O Materials

摘要: 采用氩等离子体电弧, 熔炼名义组成分别为Ca3Co4O9、Ca2Co2O5、Ca3Co2O6的样品, 对所得熔炼样品在不同温度下进行退火处理。实验表明, 在1200℃下退火后, 能够在样品局部区域内获得具有高度取向排列的线束状组织。物相分析和微区成分分析结果表明线束状组织是含钙氧化亚钴。Abstract: Samples with nominal composition of Ca3Co4O9, Ca2Co2O5 and Ca3Co2O6 were melted by employing argon arc plasma and then annealed at different temperatures (1100℃、1200℃ and 1300℃, respectively) with K2CO3 as flux.Microstructure with highly-oriented bunchy CoO wires was observed in the samples annealed at 1200℃, and the composition of wires was investigated by using EDS.
