无侧隙双滚柱包络环面蜗轮副几何参数的优化设计

Optimization for Geometry Parameters of Non-Backlash Double-Roller Enveloping Hourglass Worm Gear

  • 摘要: 针对普通蜗杆传动的不足, 提出了一种新型无侧隙双滚柱包络环面蜗杆传动。阐述了无侧隙双滚柱包络环面蜗杆传动的原理, 通过对无侧隙双滚柱包络环面蜗轮副强度及使用寿命的影响因素的分析, 运用等强度原理建立了优化设计模型, 并利用Matlab软件中求解约束极小值的优化工具箱函数fmincon进行优化计算来求得最优解, 最后完成了蜗轮副主要几何结构参数的优化设计。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the drawbacks of common worm gearing, this article proposes one kind of special form of the new worm-drive: non-backlash double-roller enveloping hourglass worm gear.The structure and the working principles of this worm gear are introduced.After analysis of all factors impacting strength and work-life of the non-backlash double-roller enveloping hourglass worm gear, an optimization calculation model is established by applying equi-strength principle.With the solution of the bound minimization of toolkit in software Matlab-fmincon, the optimal solution is worked out, and the optimization of the main geometry parameters of the worm gear is finished.
