发电机组温度场数值模拟及分析

Numerical Simulation on Temperature Field of Generator Unit

  • 摘要: 为研究发电机组温度场分布特性,基于CFD方法建立了发电机组温度场分析模型,利用耦合分析(Co-simulation)方法进行温度场模型的数值求解。结果表明: 消声器前护罩温度仿真值与实验测试值的误差约4.9%,从而验证了分析模型是有效的;发动机缸头及箱体表面速度分布均匀,不存在速度死区;发动机最高温度约为200 ℃;定子及其绕组线圈最大温度约为120 ℃,未超过线圈最高温度不得超过150 ℃的承受范围;变频器系统的最大温度是91.66 ℃。温度场分析结果可为发电机组散热的评估提供量化数据参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to evaluate the temperature distribution characteristics of an generator unit, the temperature analysis model of an generator unit was built based on CFD method and it was numerically solved by co-simulation method. Results show that the error between the simulated values and experimental values of muffler front cover temperature is 4.9%.This indicates that the model built in this work is effective. Cell surface velocity distribution of engine cylinder head and crankcase is uniform and there is no zero-velocity zone. The maximum temperature of the engine body is about 200 ℃, and the maximum temperature of the stator and its winding coil is about 120 ℃, which not exceed that maximum temperature bearing value of 150 ℃. The maximum temperature of inverter system is 91.66 ℃. Temperature analysis results can provide quantitative data support for the evaluation of generator unit cooling performance.
