Abstract: This paper extends the basic content of elasticity coefficient and applies it to the prediction of environmental stress, and builds the elasticity coefficient of environment. Taking Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone as an example, the authors study the prediction of environmental stress of its Industry Planning, build a model to predict environmental stress caused by industry planning of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone and find the variation laws of elasticity coefficient of environment by analyzing the industry scale and growth trends of pollutant emission of series year in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic zone.
