130级紫外光固化型漆包线用环保绝缘漆的制备与性能研究

Study on the Preparation and Properties of UV Curable Environmentally Friendly Insulating Paint for 130 Thermal Class Enameled Wire

  • 摘要: 针对现有溶剂型绝缘漆挥发性有机物质(VOC)含量高,使用中污染较大、能耗较高的问题,通过分子设计及专用树脂的合成,制备130级紫外光固化型环保绝缘漆,利用凝胶渗透色谱仪、旋转黏度计及相关专用仪器对树脂、漆料及所制漆包圆铜线性能进行分析测试。结果表明:所制备的环保绝缘漆专用树脂的数均分子量为1 125 g/mol,漆料的黏度为265 mPa·s(25℃下),有效固含量为99.2%,所制备漆包圆铜线的各项指标均达到或超过现行130级聚酯漆包线的性能指标。

     

    Abstract: There are many volatile organic compounds (VOC) in the traditional insulating paints, and the pollution and energy consumption of the products are high. The special resin for UV curable environmentally friendly insulating paint of 130 thermal class was synthesized and its paint was produced. The properties of the resin and the paint were analyzed and tested by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), viscometer and other related equipments. Experimental results verify that the number average molecular weight of the resin is 1125 g/mol, the viscosity of the paint is 265 mPa·s (25 ℃), and the effective solid content of the paint is 99.2%. All the performance indicators of the prepared enameled round insulated copper wires can achieve or be higher than the existing national standards for the polyester enamel insulated wire of 130 thermal class.
