浅孔钻钻削过程的数值仿真研究

Numerical Simulation of Drilling Process for the Drill with Indexable Inserts

  • 摘要: 基于经典斜角切削理论和经验公式相结合的方法, 采用单元刀具综合法, 建立了浅孔钻切削力预报模型。运用有限元分析软件ANSYS的分析模块给出了浅孔钻加工过程的有限元模型, 分析并得到了钻头的应力应变分布, 并在此基础上预报浅孔钻非稳态加工时被加工孔的理论扩大量。本文建立的模型和所采用的研究方法为其他类型的浅孔钻切削力的计算与数值仿真提供了有价值的参考。

     

    Abstract: In this paper a predictive model for drilling forces generated by the drill with indexable inserts is developed based on classical oblique cutting theory combined with empirical formulae, in which the approach of integrated elemental cutting edges is used.With the help of the analytical module in software ANSYS, the FE model of the drilling process for the drill body is built.The stress and deformation distributions are obtained, and the theoretical enlargement amount of the hole drilled in 'non-steady state' can be calculated.The developed model and the research method employed are valuable for the cutting forces calculation and numerical simulation of other kinds of drills with indexable inserts.
