Abstract: The basic idea of reverse logistics and the important role of inventory control in reverse logistics are systematically studied, the reverse logistics factors based on the traditional inventory model is introduced.The mathematical modeling of stochastic processes and technical methods are employed.A mathematical model in which demand and returns are subject to Poisson distribution, and demand and returns are independent with back part of the product disposal, is established.At last, the model is solved.
