SrLaAlO4 晶体掺 Co2+离子的吸收光谱解释

Investigation of the Optical Spectra for Co2+ ions in SrLaAlO4 Crystal

  • 摘要: 采用赵、杜提出的半自洽场 (semi-SCF) d-轨道波函数模型, 利用强场四角图象近似, 解释了掺杂晶体SrLaAlO4: Co2+的吸收光谱。计算结果表明: 18830 cm-1不是一条双中心跃迁, 而是4E(4T1, e2t25)态对基态的跃迁; 理论分析结果与实验值吻合较好。

     

    Abstract: In a te tragonal strong-field approximation, the optical spectra in the vicinity of substitutional Co2+ impurities in SrLaA104 compound is investigated by means of Zhao'S Semi—SCF d-orbit Wave Functions model of free Co4 ions. It is found that the transition 18830 cm-1 is nota two—electron transition but 4E(4T1, e2t25) to ground state, Good agreement between the results and the experimental findings is attained.
