基于质量技术特征改善率的并行优化模型研究

Study of Parallel Optimization Model Based on Improvement Rate of Quality Technology Characteristics

  • 摘要: 将用户需求的目标客观地反映在产品质量技术特征中是质量功能配置(QFD)应用的重要内容。本文根据用户需求的目标值及QFD建立的质量屋信息, 提出了基于产品质量技术特征改善率的并行优化方法, 建立了止回阀质量技术特征并行优化模型, 得到了优化后止回阀质量技术特征改善率, 为该类产品应用QFD方法进行改进设计提供了科学依据。

     

    Abstract: It is the important content of the application of quality function deployment(QFD) that the target of user requirement is objectively reflected in the characteristics of product quality technology.According to the target value of user requirement and the house of quality information in QFD, the method for parallel optimization based on the improvement rate of product quality technology characteristics is put forward.As an example, the parallel optimization model of the quality technical characteristics for check valves is built up, and the improvement rate of the optimum quality technical characteristics of the valve is obtained.As a result, the scientific evidence for decision-making can be attained for the improvement of this product design by using the method of QFD.
