Abstract:
Co
2O
3 doped Ba (Ti
0.91Zr
0.09) O
3 ceramics were prepared by a traditional solid state reaction.The effect of Co
2O
3 on phase structure and dielectric properties was studied..The results show that second phase appears in the Ba (Ti
0.91Zr
0.09) O
3 doped with Co
2O
3 ceramic, and the second phase reduces with the increase in Co
2O
3 content.The ferroelectric dispersion behavior appears in ceramic and dispersion characteristic is clearer when Co
2O
3 content increases.When x equals 0.01, the coercive field is maximum.
