碳钢膏剂渗硼后的热处理工艺及性能研究

摘要: 利用正交试验法, 获得了较佳的碳钢膏剂渗硼工艺及渗剂配方, 分别研究了45钢及T10钢膏剂渗硼后不同的热处理工艺对渗硼层及基体组织和性能的影响。实验结果表明: 45钢在渗硼后渗层显微硬度均在1 130 HV以上, 厚度皆在110μm以上; T10钢渗硼后的渗层厚度均在60μm以上, 渗层的显微硬度均在1 360 HV以上; 热处理对渗硼层的硬度及厚度没有影响, 但对基体组织及性能有明显影响; 渗硼后采用淬火及低温回火工艺, 可使基体获得回火马氏体组织, 从而提高了基体的硬度, 减小了基体与渗硼层的硬度差, 也提高了基体对渗硼层的支撑作用。Abstract: The optimal technological parameters and the prescription of the Paste-boronizing for steel is obtained by orthogonal experimental design.The influence of different heat treatment processes after paste-boronizing on the structure and the performance of steel 45 and T10 is investigated.The result shows that the thickness of the boronized-layer is higher than 110μm and the micro-hardness is higher than 1130HV for steel 45, and the thickness of the boronized-layer is higher than 60μm and the micro-hardness is higher than 1360HV for steel T10.There is no effect on the micro-hardness and the thickness of boronized-layer by the heat treatment, but it can affect the structure and performance of substrate significantly.The tempered-martensite of the substrate can be obtained through the process of quenching and low tempreture tempering after paste-boronizing, the micro-hardness of the substrate was enhanced, then the difference of the hardness between substrate and boronized-layer was reduced and the sustaining ability of the substrate for boronized-layer was improved.
