16Mn钢MAG焊接头热影响区尺寸与性能分析

Analysis of Heat-affected Zone Width and Property of Steel 16Mn Joint Prepared by Metal Active Gas Arc Welding Process

  • 摘要: 在不同焊接线能量条件下, 采用MAG焊工艺在厚度为4mm的16Mn钢母材上进行焊接试验。通过观察焊接接头各区域金属显微组织, 测试焊接热影响区尺寸和接头金属显微硬度来研究接头的性能。试验结果表明, 随着焊接线能量的增大, 焊接接头的热影响区宽度增加。焊接接头过热区金属组织随焊接线能量增加而逐渐粗大, 且出现了贝氏体组织, 显微硬度值也随着增加, 焊接接头显微硬度峰值位于热影响区过热区部位。

     

    Abstract: The welding of steel16Mn with the thickness of 4mm is performed by the processes of MAG in the conditions of different heat input.The properties of welded joints are studied by means of observing the microstructure, measuring the width of HAZ and the micro-hardness test.The results show that the width of HAZ is increased with the increase in heat input.The increase in heat input leads to the coarser microstructure of overheated zone of weld joints with the appearance of the Bainite structure, and the micro-hardness increases accordingly.The peak value of micro-hardness exists in the HAZ.
