油气混输泵复合式静叶的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of the Compound Impeller in Oil-gas Multiphase Pump

摘要: 静叶的设计直接影响油气混熟泵中流体的流动稳定性以及泵的效率。本文在以前课题组研究成果的基础上, 对静叶进行了改进设计。通过CFD软件数值模拟表明: 当含气率在0~1范围内变化时, 复合式静叶能有效阻止漩涡的产生, 从而提高了泵的扬程和效率。Abstract: The impeller design directly affects the stability of the fluid flow and efficiency of an oil-gas multiphase pump.Based on the research results attained before, the improved design of the impeller is conducted. The simulation performed by software CFD shows that when the gas content ranges from 0~1, the compound impeller can effectively prevent the whirlpool and improve the head and efficiency of the pump.
