半锥角与螺旋轴流式混输泵性能间关联性研究

Research on Relationship Between Semi-cone Angle and Performance of Helico-Axial Multiphase Pump

  • 摘要: 以自主研发的YQH-100螺旋轴流式油气混输泵的单一压缩级为研究对象,采用Mixture混合模型和标准k-ε湍流模型,对混输泵动、静叶轮毂半锥角为4.08°至12°的9种方案,在含气率为0、10%、30%、50%、70%的5种工况下进行数值模拟,因模拟结果相近,本文选取混输泵轮毂半锥角为4.08°、6°、8°、10°、12°的5种方案下的模拟结果进行阐述。结果表明:随着轮毂半锥角的增加,动叶扬程先降低后升高,静叶水力损失不断增大,混输泵扬程呈现先下降后升高再下降的过程,轴功率逐渐下降,效率逐渐升高; 不同轮毂半锥角的混输泵在各含气率下,扬程最大差值平均为3.04 m,效率最大差值平均为7.24%;半锥角增大动叶出口回流量减少,动叶内气相分布更加均匀,静叶流道内旋涡增多。

     

    Abstract: This article choses single compression stage of the self-developed YQH-100 oil-gas helico-axial multiphase pump as research object, with combination of mixture model and standard k-ε turbulence model, and based on the given 9 programs around semi-cone angle rotor and staticvane hubs of multiphase pump ranging from 4.08° to 12°. The numerical simulation is carried out in 5 operating conditions with the gas volume fraction(GVF) of 0, 10%, 30%, 50% and 70%. Because of the similar simulation results, we analyze the characteristic of the semi-coneangleof hub in 4.08°, 6°, 8°, 10° and 12°.The results showed that as the semi-cone angle of hub increases, the head of the rotorvane decreases firstly and then increases, and the hydraulic loss of the staticvane increases continuously. The head of the multiphase pump decreases firstly, then increases and decreases finally. The shaft power gradually decreases and the efficiency gradually increases. The maximum difference of the head is 3.04 meters and the maximum efficiency difference is 7.24% on average.As the semi-cone angle of hub increases, the back-flow at the outlet of the rotor vane decreases, and more uniform distribution of gas within the rotor vane, vortex flow increases in the staticvane channel.
