软粘土扫描电镜和能谱分析试验

Research on Soft Clay by Using Scanning Electron Microscopy and X-ray Spectrometer

  • 摘要: 以四川省绵阳地区的软粘土为研究对象, 采用冻干法干燥粘土样品, 此干燥制样技术使软粘土样品失水后体积不收缩, 无结构变化, 样品质量可满足微结构研究的精度要求。利用扫描电镜试验(SEM) 和X射线能谱仪对软粘土中常见的微量元素进行测定, 并计算其相对百分比, 分析了该土的矿物成分和微观结构组成。实验结果表明: 该粘土主要以高岭石、埃洛石(伊利石)、水云母(蒙脱石) 为主, 其中硅为其主要成分, 局部的矿物组成有稍许不同。

     

    Abstract: Freeze-drying for microstructure analysis is described in this paper.The samples processed by Freeze-drying will not shrink in volume and is not change in structure after dewatering, and quality of the samples is well for microstructure analysis.The composition of mineral composition and microstructure of the clay in MianYang District were determined by using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray spectrometer, and their relative percentages were calculated.It was found that the clay mainly contained kaolinite, illite, and montmorillonite, and silicon as the main ingredient.
