调质态42Cr2Mo钢堆焊特性研究

Study on Characteristics of Bead Welding for Steel 42Cr2Mo in Quenched and Tempered State

  • 摘要: 为了满足42Cr2Mo钢表面修复的需要, 用贝氏体焊条堆焊调质态2Cr2Mo钢, 研究了在不同的焊接电流和层间温度下焊缝的组织和性能。试验结果表明: 贝氏体焊条的焊接性能好; 焊接电流越大, 组织越粗大; 第一层熔敷金属的硬度比第二层的熔敷金属的硬度高。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the need of welding surface repairing of components made of steel 42Cr2Mo, the microstructure and performance of different bead welding layers for steel 42Cr2Mo in quenched and tempered state using bainite welding electrode were investigated with different welding currents and welding temperatures. The results showed that the welding performance of bainite welding electrode is good; the stronger the current is, the coarser the structure is; the hardness of the first layer of bead welding is higher than that of the second layer.
