基于多孔介质模型的过滤器分析

Filter Analysis Based on Porous Media Model

  • 摘要: 为保证航天发射场供气系统管路的洁净度及管路仪器仪表、压缩机等正常运行,应在设备入口前的管道上安装过滤器。文章利用三维建模软件Solidworks对所研究的过滤器进行建模,采用有限元分析软件FLUENT的多孔介质模型进行数值模拟,通过改变过滤器的孔隙率及流体的速度,对过滤器出口的质量流量和进出口压差进行分析,结果显示:当气相流体为氮气时,过滤器出口的质量流量关于入口速度呈一次函数关系;不同孔隙率(0.56和0.59)对过滤器出口的质量流量影响较小;入口速度越大,进出口压差越大;孔隙率越大,进出口压差越小等规律。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the cleanliness of the gas supply system of the space launching station and the normal operation of pipeline instruments, compressors, etc., a filter is installed on the pipeline before the inlet of the equipment. The three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks was used to model the filter under study. The porous medium model in the finite element analysis software Fluent was used for numerical simulation. The mass flow rate of the filter outlet was changed by changing the porosity of the filter and the velocity of the fluid. And the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is analyzed, and the mass flow rate of the filter outlet is obtained as a function of the inlet velocity when the gas fluid is N2; the different porosity (0.56 and 0.59) has little effect on the mass flow rate of the filter outlet; the inlet velocity is higher, the inlet and outlet pressure the greater the difference; the larger the porosity, the smaller the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet.
