基于电阻分压器的10kV电子式电压互感器的研制

Development of 10kV Electronic Voltage Transformer Based on Resistor Divider

  • 摘要: 基于电阻分压器的电子式电压互感器(EVT)的原理、结构和输出信号等与传统的电压互感器有很大的不同, 其性能主要受电阻特性和杂散电容的影响。本文利用ansoft软件包建立了分压器的有限元二维模型并对电场进行了分析, 根据电场分布确定了电子式互感器的屏蔽罩及均压环的设计。在静电场分析基础上, 研制了一台电阻分压式的10kV电子式电压互感器, 并对准确度进行了测试。测试结果表明, 本文设计的10kV电子式电压互感器满足GB/T 20840.7-2007标准要求, 准确度达0.2级。

     

    Abstract: The principle, structure and output signal of an electronic voltage transformer based on a resistive voltage divider are quite different with that of a traditional voltage transformer. The performance of a resistor voltage transformer will be affected by the resistors and stray capacitance. With the use of a soft software package, the electric field analysis of the resistor voltage transformer is conducted through an FEM 3D model. The shielding and equalizing ring is designed in terms of the electric field distribution. Based on the analysis of electrostatic field, a 10kV electronic voltage transformer is developed and tested. The results obtained from the accuracy test show that the transformer can meet the requirement of IEC 60044-7 and the measurement accuracy reaches class 0.2.
