Abstract:
According to Pingkeng Bridge's site topography, engineering geological conditions, designing two sets of cable hoisting construction schemes(Ⅰ&Ⅱ), simultaneously comparison and selection between them is made. Based on comprehensive analysis, scheme that adopts the main tower integration design can ensure the required clearance height of lifting arch box, the bottom design of the tower, which utilizes hinged-joint-sliding structures, can be satisfied with the requirements of construction and improve the security and reliability. The new kinds of bailey trusses are applied to assembling the upper of the tower, not only cutting the cost, but also shortening the construction period. Primary selection parameters of all kinds of hoisting ropes are conducted for the scheme, which is intended to be performed. By unfavorable condition checking, it concludes that the cable-hoisting system meets the requirements of the standards. And the erection task has been successfully completed through the actual erection construction of main arch.
