Abstract:
For damping performance analysis of vibration isolation system for precision instrument trucks, a new wavelet transform de-noising method based on singular value decomposition(SVD) was proposed.Better characteristics of vibration isolator amplitude frequency could be obtained by using this method to reduce noise of test data for vibration isolation devices than traditional wavelet threshold de-noising method.Through the analysis of amplitude frequency characteristics, it is concluded that the wire rope vibration isolators have very good vibration reduction ability for signals below 20Hz, but for high frequency signal, especially vibrations caused by engine speed and generator speed, have great amplification, and this offers a reference for further analysis and improvement of the performance of vibration isolation systems.
