啤酒花多酚的提取及对DPPH自由基的清除作用

  • 摘要: 对啤酒花多酚的提取及多酚类物质对DPPH自由基的清除作用进行了研究。通过单因素试验和响应面优化得到最佳的工艺条件为: 丙酮浓度64%, 提取温度52℃, 料液比1∶24, 以该优化条件提取1h啤酒花中多酚类物质时, 其提取值达到最大, 为49.25 mg/g。同时检测其对DPPH自由基的清除效果, 可知啤酒花中多酚类物质对DPPH自由基的清除率EC50为28.913μg/mL。

     

    Abstract: The extraction of hop polyphenol and the scavenging function for DPPH radical are researched in this paper. The optimal processing condition was attained by single-factor test and RSM. When acetone concentration is 64%, the extraction temperature is 52 degrees and the ratio of material to solvent is 1 to 24. Extracted for an hour in this optimized condition, the polyphenol maximum value is 49.25 mg/g. At the same time, the scavenging effect for DPPH radical is tested.The result indicates that the scavenging rate EC50(Half elimination concentration) of polyphenol material in hop for DPPH free radical is 28.913μg/mL.
