静压干气密封端面温度场分析

Analysis of End Surface Temperature Field for Static Pressure Dry Gas Seal

  • 摘要: 通过热平衡分析和模型简化, 建立了静压干气密封三维稳态柱坐标下无内热源的固体导热微分方程。应用ANSYS软件建立静压干气密封动、静环温度场有限元分析模型, 并对密封环温度场进行求解, 获得了动、静环的温度分布规律。分析结果表明: 动环温度由内径向外径逐渐升高, 由密封端面向背面逐渐降低; 静环温度由密封端面向背面逐渐降低, 由静环内径向外径逐渐升高, 最高温度在静环端面外径附近; 且动、静环的温度及梯度变化在规定范围内, 密封的结构设计合理。

     

    Abstract: Based on thermal equilibrium analysis and simplified model, a solid heat conduction differential equation without heat source for three dimensional stable state in a cylindrical coordinate system is established.The software ANSYS is used to establish the temperature field model of seal pair on static pressure dry gas seal, and the solution to the packing ring temperature field is carried out.The temperature distributing rules of seal pair on static pressure dry gas seal are obtained at the same time.The analysis results show that the temperature of moving ring increases gradually from inner radial surface to outer radial surface and decreases from the seals end surface to the back surface.The temperature of static ring has the same results with moving ring, and the maximum temperature is at the place near the outer end surface.The results indicate that the change of the rotating ring temperature and its thermal gradient is within the specified range, so the configuration of the seal is reasonable.
