含有圆弧和线段的砂轮轴截形的数学建模

摘要: 加工螺旋面的五轴联动砂轮轴截形一般由多段圆弧和线段构成, 求解较复杂, 并且传统的求解过程中产生的接触条件式是隐式方程, 无法直接求出结果。本文在传统理论建模的基础上将连续问题离散化, 对接触条件式进行迭代求解, 并将得到的解拟合, 最终输出刀具轴截形的传统理论解和优化后的方程解、图形解。通过试验结果表明, 建立的含有圆弧和线段的砂轮轴截形的数学模型满足了五轴联动砂轮加工的高精度和高效率的要求。Abstract: The axial cross-sectional profile of the grinding wheel for machining spiral surface using five-axis NC machine tool is generally consisted of many arcs and line segments.It is difficult to solve this problem.According to traditional approach, the contacting equation in the process of solving the complicated axial cross-sectional profile of the cutter is an implicit one, which can not be solved analytically.The authors make the continuous problem discrete and give the iterative solution and fitted to the solution, finally, the solution is output and equation solution and graph solution are optimized.Experimental results show that the approach can meet the high-accuracy requirements and efficiency requirements.
