摘要: 以包络原理为理论基础, 结合CATIA先进的工程知识模块及几何体的布尔运算功能, 利用虚拟的标准齿条刀具, 完成渐开线齿轮范成法虚拟加工, 建立了具有完整齿廓特征的精确渐开线齿轮模型。该方法为齿轮的建模提供了一个新思路。Abstract: Involute gear virtual machining is completed on the basis of enveloping theory by combining the engineering knowledge module CATIA and geometry of Boolean operation, and by using the virtual standard rack-type cutter. The precise involute gear model with complete tooth profile characteristic is obtained. This method provides a new idea for gear modeling.
