纳米Ag3Ga/PAMPS复合材料的合成与表征

Preparation and Characterization of Ag3Ga/PAMPS Nanocomposite Polymerization

  • 摘要: 以硝酸银、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸和金属镓为原料,借助超声波合成纳米Ag3Ga/PAMPS复合材料。XRD和FI-IR显示超声合成的纳米Ag3Ga是六边形单晶结构,合金中的镓原子与羰基氧存在相互作用;HRTEM表明纳米银镓合金粒径在10~15 nm,单分散性好,具有诱导聚合物有序组装效应;SEM表明聚合物呈现良好的空间网络结构,纳米粒子容易进入孔洞;热重测试表明纳米Ag3Ga对聚合物PAMPS的热稳定性起积极作用。

     

    Abstract: Nano Ag-Ga alloy/Poly 2-acrylamide -2- methyl propane sulfonic acid(PAMPS) composite materials were prepared without emulsifier and reductant by ultrasonic irradiation emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization. XRD and FI-IR suggested that nano-Ag3Ga particles are hexagonal crystal structure and there is interaction between gallium atom of alloy and carbonyl oxygen. HRTEM showed that nano-Ag3Ga particles are homogeneously dispersed in polymer martrix, and the size of particles is 10-15nm and have effect of induced polymer orderly assembly.TG and DTG proved that nano-Ag3Ga dispersion in the composite enhance the thermal stability of PAMPS.
