Abstract: Current mobile learning system has the defects such as poor interactivity, lager data flow, poor ability of refreshing resource. Aiming at the drawbacks, a solution to the system structure for mobile learning system is proposed, which is based on Android system. The design thoughts, development framework, design and implementation of main function modules of the mobile learning system based on Android system are expatiated in this paper. The realization of the system for learning resources service provides a new way for mobile learning system. It has a referential value.
