Abstract:
Inview of transportation cost and time, this paper presents a scheduling model for emergency resources with the shortest transportation time and the lowest transportation cost as its goal With adequate transportation capacity, the emergency vehicles transport in one go, so the time of accomplishing the transportation task is equal to the longest time taken to transport between the supply point and the dem and point of emergency resources At certain time of the transportation task, the algorithm for the typical transportation problem can be used to get the lowest transportation cost, Finally, by camparing the costs at deferent time of accomplishing the transportation task, the optimal solution can be obtained. Both the model and the algorithm prove to be feasible in case study.
