棕坪溪水电站固定导叶裂纹分析及处理

Analysis and Treatment of Cracks along the Stay Vane of water Turbine in Zongpingxi Hydropower Station

  • 摘要: 棕坪溪水电站投产运行后不久, 检修人员在水轮机蜗壳日常检查清淤过程中发现1#、2#、3#水轮发电机组固定导叶处均出现裂纹。从2005年到2007年电站先后对三台机组的固定导叶裂纹处进行了6次处理, 但处理后不久仍有新裂纹产生。基于此, 本文对裂纹产生的原因进行了深入分析后, 提出改变某些运行生产方式的处理方案, 取得了良好的效果, 大大提高了经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Soon after zongpingxi hydropower station was put into operation, the maintenance staff found the cracks along the stay vane in 1F, 2F, 3F water turbine in daily maintenance. From April 2, 2005 to January 16, 2007, the company carried out treatment for the three turbines six times, but new cracks formed soon. The company organized a special group to find the reasons to cause the cracks. Through in-depth analysis, they proposed to change the operating mode of production of certain working options, and good results were achieved.
