Abstract:
Based on the quality function deployment (QFD) and theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ), and combining the dependence and feedback among the user's process requirements, performance requirements and technical characteristics, a set of innovative design flow for engineering devices is proposed. Through the guidance of the process, under the constraint of engineering conditions, the processing technology and performance requirements are transformed into technical requirements, and the importance of technical requirements is quantified to guide the preliminary design. Finally, the contradiction of negative correlation matrix is solved by TRIZ method, and the design is carried out in detail. A micro-jet cooling device was designed to meet the engineering requirements, process and performance requirements, and to meet the basic requirements of users. At the same time, the reliability of this innovative design process was verified.
