Abstract: This paper analyzes the effect of one central business district upon the real estate price under corresponding hypothesis conditions and by means of mathematic implement. Then it defines the arrangement of the central business district from the point of view of maximum avails. Finally, rational and scientifical conclusions are drawn from the analysis.
