摘要: 柴油机的燃烧过程, 对发动机性能有直接的影响。为考察某ω型燃烧室内的燃烧过程, 本文运用仿真手段在AMES im软件上建立了相关模型, 并模拟了该燃烧室在额定转速下的燃烧过程。计算结果表明, 燃烧主要是在上止点后20℃A内完成, 在该转速下碳烟和NO排放较低, 缸内压力和温度上升较快, 从瞬时燃烧放热率曲线也可以看出燃烧过程组织得较好。计算结果对改进该柴油机的燃烧室设计提供了一定的指导意义。Abstract: The combustion of a diesel engine has a direct impact on its performance.In order to investigate the combustion process of a ω type internal combustion, the relevant model was set up on AMESim, and simulation of this process in the combustion chamber with rated speed was performed.The result shows that the burn process is mainly executed in 20℃A after the piston reaches its upper stop position, and the discharge of carbon and NO is relatively less with rated speed.Pressure and temperature rise rapidly and large amount of heat is send out, which indicate that the combustion process is in well condition.The study can be used as a reference for improvement of the internal combustion of the diesel engine.
