丹芪舒筋丸中丹参酮Ⅱ A的含量测定

摘要: 目的:建立丹芪舒筋丸中丹参酮Ⅱ A含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法, Kromasil-C18(200mm×4.6mm, 5μm) , 流动相为甲醇-水 (75:25) , 检测波长为270nm, 流速为1.0mL.min-1, 柱温为35℃。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ A在0.020~0.200μg内线性关系良好 (r=0.9999) , 平均加样回收率99.06%, RSD=0.80% (n=6) 。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好, 可以用于丹芪舒筋丸中丹参酮Ⅱ A的含量测定。Abstract: To establish a method for the content determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Danqishujin Pills, HPLC was adopted with a Kromasil-C18 (200mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (75:25) and the detecting wavelength was set at 270nm.The flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1 with column temperature of 35℃.The linear range of Tanshinone Ⅱ A was 0.020~0.200μg (r=0.9999) , and the average recovery was 99.06% with RSD of 0.80% (n=6) .The method is considered to be convenient and accurate with good reproducibility, so it is suitable to the content determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in danqishujin pills.
