Optimization of Engine Mounting System in Torque Axis Coordinate System

摘要: 建立动力总成悬置系统振动控制分析模型, 将动力总成悬置系统由动力总成坐标系转化到扭矩轴坐标系, 并在扭矩轴坐标系内进行两种方法的优化。以一辆轿车动力总成在绕曲轴方向的激励为例, 进行了优化计算。结果表明, 解耦率优化可以有效地提高解耦率; 振动峰值优化可以有效地降低扭矩轴方向的扭转振动。Abstract: A model of the vibration control of power train for automotive power train mounting system is developed. The transformation of inertial coordinate system of power train mounting system to TRA coordinate system is conducted. The torque excitation of an automotive power train is taken as an example, and optimized in two ways in TRA coordinate system. The calculated results demonstrate that decoupling rate optimization can improve the decoupling radio while the optimization of vibration peak value can decrease the amplitude of torsional vibration in the direction of torque roll axis.
