轴流式止回阀的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation for Axial Flow Check Valves

  • 摘要: 根据轴流式止回阀的结构特点, 利用Solidworks造型软件对其流道进行三维造型, 将造型导入到ICEM中进行网格划分, 利用FLUENT对止回阀的压力降特性和动态特性进行数值模拟, 通过对计算结果的分析, 得出轴流止回阀具有节约能源、可以减小水锤作用等优点; 应用FLUENT对几种流速工况下的流动进行计算, 并与试验结果作对比, 结果表明两者比较接近, 验证了CFD/CAD的结合在工程应用中的有效性。

     

    Abstract: In order to accomplish the performance research on an axial flow check valve, it is sculpted with software Solidworks, then the model is input into ICEM and meshed.Through numerical simulation for the pressure drop and dynamic response of the check and a comprehensive analysis of the calculation results, it is found that the axial flow check valve has some advantages, such as energysaving effect, water-preventing hammer.The flow under several kinds of velocity of flow is calculated by FLUENT, and the calculated results are compared with the results obtained from experiments.The agreement of them is good, which proves that CFD/CAD integration is effective in engineering applications.
