波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥面铺装防水黏结层性能试验

Performance Test on Waterproof Binding Layer of Deck Pavement of Prestress Concrete Box-girders Bridge with Corrugated Steel Webs

  • 摘要: 依托郑州市陇海路快速通道波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁工程,比较不同温度条件下采用聚氨酯材料和乳化沥青材料的铺装与桥面板的层间黏结性能。试验结果表明:AC型、SMA型桥面铺装与桥面板层间抗剪和拉拔性能均随温度升高而降低;防水黏结层采用聚氨酯材料时,在低温、常温及高温条件下,AC型、SMA型沥青混凝土桥面铺装与桥面板层间剪切强度、层间拉拔强度均要高于采用乳化沥青材料;桥面铺装采用AC型沥青混凝土时,铺装与桥面板层间黏结性能要优于SMA型沥青混凝土。

     

    Abstract: Based on the expressway of PC composite box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs in Longhai Road in Zhengzhou City. different bond performances between pavement and deck when two kinds of waterproof bonding materials (polyurethane and emulsified asphalt) were used in the AC and SMA asphalt concrete bridge deck pavement at different temperatures and were studied. Experimental results show that the shear strength and drawing property of AC and SMA asphalt concrete pavement and bridge deck decrease with the temperature increasing. When polyurethane material was used as waterproof adhesive layer at low temperature, room temperature and high temperature conditions, the shear strength and drawing property of AC and SMA asphalt concrete pavement and bridge deck are always higher than those of the concrete pavement and bridge deck with emulsified asphalt material. Compared with the SMA asphalt concrete pavement, the bonding performance between the pavement and the bridge deck of AC asphalt concrete pavement is better than that of SMA asphalt concrete pavement.
