GFRP筋与钢筋锚杆在边坡加固中的应用对比

Comparison of the Application of GFRP Bars with Steel Bars in Slope Reinforcement

  • 摘要: 在边坡加固中,钢筋锚杆常因锈蚀而发生破坏;GFRP筋由于强度高、耐腐蚀性能较好,有望作为钢筋的替代材料,从根本上解决锈蚀问题。本文对GFRP筋锚杆耐腐蚀性、抗拉强度、抗剪强度等进行研究,与传统的钢筋锚杆进行对比,分析其应用优势,并依托黄龙湾边坡加固工程,对GFRP筋用于边坡加固的可行性及加固效果进行探讨。结果表明:GFRP筋耐腐蚀性较强;质量轻,强度高,在达到相同加固效果的前提下,比钢筋用量更少,成本更低,且更有利于岩土体的应力释放与坡体的稳定。

     

    Abstract: In the reinforcement of slopes, the steel bars usually break due to the corrosion, while the GFRP bars with good properties is promising to replace steel materials and solve?the?rust problem radically. The GFRP bars are studied on many aspects such as corrosion resistance, tensile strength, shear strength and so on in this paper and compared with traditional steel bars to analyze its advantage of application. Its feasibility and reinforcement effect were discussed in slope reinforcement relying on the project of Huang Long Wan slope reinforcement. The results show that the GFRP bar is of better corrosion?resistance and has higher?tensile strength and lighter weight. on the premise of same reinforcement effect of slope, the application of GFRP bar means less quantity, lower cost and more beneficial to stress relief in soil-rock mass and the stability
