正交试验优选金钗石斛含片提取工艺

Optimization of the Extracting Technology for Jinchai Shihu Buccal Tablet Based on Orthogonal Test

摘要: 为找到金钗石斛含片的最佳提取，采用正交试验方法，以总多糖含量、总皂苷含量和干浸膏得率为评价指标，对提取工艺参数进行优化。结果表明：金钗石斛含片的最佳提取条件为提取溶媒体积为金钗石斛质量的8倍，提取次数3次，提取时间1.5 h。在最佳提取条件下，总多糖质量分数为78.85 mg/g，总皂苷质量分数为4.87 mg/g，干浸膏得率为18.43%。

Abstract: Taken the content of total polysaccharides and sapoins and the yield of dry extract as indicators, the extracting technology for Jinchai Shihu Buccal Tablet was studied based on orthogonal test. The optimal extraction conditions are as follows: 8 times of the extraction solvent, extracting one half hour and three times. Under optimum conditions, the content of total polysaccharides is 78.85mg/g, the content of total saponins is 4.87mg/g, dry extract yield is 18.43%.
