离心叶轮平衡机构轴向力的计算与分析

Calculation and Analysis of Axial Thrust due to Balance Mechanics of Centrifugal Impellers

  • 摘要: 为减小离心泵叶轮所承受的轴向力,在离心叶轮后盖板外侧设置密封环和平衡孔结构是一种常见的措施。本文以旋转流体压力分布规律为基础,通过数学分析计算,得出该结构泄漏量的定量计算方法,推导出轴向力的计算理论公式,并证明该结构可以达到降低轴向力的目的。研究结果有助于避免叶轮平衡机构设计的盲目性,为正确确定叶轮的相关几何尺寸提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to minimize the axial thrust exerted on centrifugal impellers, seal rings and balance holes are usually employed on hubs. Based on pressure distribution inside a rotating fluid body and empirical formula for axial thrust evaluation, we formulated an approach to determine leakage quantitatively and calculate axial thrust. We also demonstrated that seal rings and balance holes must be used simultaneously, only in this way can the axial thrust be reduced. The research will be beneficial for engineers in balance mechanics design practice of centrifugal impellers.
