防锈油对QPQ渗层抗腐蚀性能的影响

Effect of Anti-rust Oil on the Corrosion Resistance of QPQ Layers

  • 摘要: 针对机械产品在腐蚀环境,尤其是特殊腐蚀条件下易腐蚀的问题,研究表面粗糙度Ra 0.2的非调质态45钢经过QPQ处理并结合使用防锈油后的抗腐蚀性能。利用中性盐雾加速腐蚀,通过光学显微镜、X线衍射仪观察分析,结果表明:QPQ处理后抗腐蚀性增强,主要原因是渗层中形成氧化膜和化合物层;防锈油提高了产品的耐腐蚀能力,主要原因是防锈油中油溶性缓蚀剂作用。经过QPQ处理和防锈油结合使用的试样的耐蚀性得到极大提高,最长抗盐雾腐蚀时间可达432 h,在工业防腐蚀中有很大的应用范围。

     

    Abstract: In view of the mechanical product under the conditions of corrosion, especially in the special easy corrosion situation, this paper studies the surface roughness of Ra0.2 state non quenched and tempered 45 steel treated with QPQ combined anti-rust oil after corrosion resistance. Use of neutral salt spray accelerated corrosion with optical microscope, and X-ray diffraction analysis shows that after QPQ treatment corrosion resistance is enhanced. The main reason is that permeability layer formed in the oxide film and compound layer. Rust-proof oil improve product corrosion resistant ability and the main reason is that the rust-proof medium oil soluble corrosion inhibitor. Dealing with QPQ treatment and rust-proof oil would greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the specimen, and the longest time is up to 432 hours of salt spray resistance, which can be used widely in industrial anti-corrosion.
