利用烧页岩研制碱激发胶凝材料的探讨

An Investigation into the Development of Alkali-activated Cementing Materials by Adopting Calcinated Shale

  • 摘要: 将张家口坝上地区页岩在850℃保温60 min煅烧后作为制备胶凝材料的主要原料, 利用水玻璃和氢氧化钠作复合激发剂研制碱激发胶凝材料。试验结果表明: 调整复合激发剂模数为1.2, 且掺量占总质量的10%时, 可以激发活性较低的烧页岩的活性, 制备的碱激发胶凝材料28 d抗压强度达到18.5 MPa。经对其进行SEM分析可见生成了一种结构上类似于沸石的前驱体的无定形铝硅酸凝胶物质。

     

    Abstract: First, shale is calcined from the Bashang Region of Zhangjiakou under the temperature of 850 ℃ for 60 minutes, which will later become the main raw material of alkali-activated cementitious material. Together with the compound activator made from sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide, the alkali-activated cementitious material is prepared. The experiment result shows that when the modulus of the compund activator is 1.2 and its content accounts for 10% of the total mass, the activity of the shale burned with low activity is stimulated and the compression strength of the alkali-activated cementitious material 28d prepared will reach 18.5 Mpa. After the SEM analysis, it can be seen that it is a kind of amorphous aluminosilicate gel like the precursor of zeolites in structure.
