基于ARM&Linux的手持式室内甲醛气体检测设备设计

摘要: 采用电化学检测方法, 以ARM&Linux嵌入式平台为核心, 选用Membrapor公司的CH2O/M-10传感器设计了一种室内甲醛气体手持检测设备。详细介绍了该设备的硬件架构和软件设计, 并与传统甲醛检测仪做了对比实验。实验结果表明, 2种设备测定样品所得到的结果无显著性差异; 手持检测设备检测快捷方便, 可用于室内环境甲醛的检测。Abstract: The paper introduces the design of a new-style indoor formaldehyde detector.This detector is designed with the adoption of the ARM&Linux embedded platform together with CH2O/M-10 electrochemical formaldehyde-sensor made in Membrapor.The hardware architecture and the software design process of formaldehyde detector are described.A test is carried out using the formaldehyde detector designed.Comparison is made between the formaldehyde detector designed and traditional formaldehyde detectors.Resultsshow that the results obtained by the two measuring methods have no significant difference, and the detection by using formaldehyde detector is easy and quick, it can be used for the test of formaldehyde in indoor environment.
