一种随动加工弯管深孔的插补运动分析

摘要: 针对弯管深孔加工困难的问题, 以AP1000核电主管道的弯管为加工对象, 提出了一种新型的随动加工方法, 并重点对其随动加工的各插补参数进行了理论分析。该方法采用了3根镗杆和1台直接驱动旋转电机, 通过3个转动关节连接在一起, 安装在专用机床上, 实现对核电管道弯一次性装夹, 完成对其弯孔的加工。文章对各插补参数进行的理论分析与计算, 为下一步的联动编程提供了依据。Abstract: Deep hole processing for pipe parts is an issue of mechanical processing.According to the deep hole processing for a bent tube of the main pipe AP1000 used in nuclear power, a follow-up method for processing the deep hole of elbow pipes is put forward Three boring bars and a direct driven rotary motor are adopted.They are linked together by three rotational joints, and then fixed on a special purpose machine tool.Thereby, the curved hole of the main pipe for nuclear power can be processed.After theoretical analysis and calculation for each interpolation parameter, the theoretical calculation formula for the next linkage programming is obtained.
